I was lucky to attend some lectures and events by Alan Kapuler of Peace Seeds and Seed of Change. He was always an interesting speaker and thinker. I also go to visit his research garden in Corvalis, OR a couple of times. His lectures were very influential on my early development of gardening philosophy and practice.
